How do you publish a photograph as a jigsaw puzzle?

I have photo that I want made into a jigsaw puzzle by a major puzzle manufacturer and mass distributed to toy stores and such. How can I get a puzzle manufacturer to use my photo for one of their puzzle designs??

    Write to the manufacturers and include your photo (covered in a big watermark).
